What renovation was like
Our task was to develop the project and complete renovation in 3.5 months in this apartment. So we launched two processes simultaneously: working on a set of drawings and wall plastering. This approach is applicable if no remodelling is needed.

While we were doing drawings, plaster got dry and we proceeded to the following stages. The screen below shows a full set of stages in this project:
Works were carried out consistently, in accordance with schedule. There were a couple of shifts within the stages but we met strict deadlines: the contract listed September 29th, 2020, and we turned the renovated apartment over on September 28th, 2020.
Currently we are waiting for furniture to arrive and adding the final touch-ups.
